  • Fabric Width Conversion

Fabric width (meter) = Fabric width (inch) × 0.0254

๐Ÿ‘‰ Inch ko meter me convert karne ke liye use hota hai.


  • Fabric GSM Calculation

Fabric GSM = (Warp Denier × Warp Mesh + Weft Denier × Weft Mesh) / 228.6

๐Ÿ‘‰ Is formula se theoretical GSM calculate karte hain.


  • Picks Per Meter (PPM)

Picks per meter = Weft mesh × 39.37

๐Ÿ‘‰ Weft mesh ko meter me convert karta hai.


  • Warp Tapes Required

Warp tapes required = Size (inch) × Warp mesh × 2

๐Ÿ‘‰ Circular loom me total warp tapes nikalne ke liye.


  • Fabric Weight per Running Meter

Fabric weight (gm/m) = GSM × Fabric width (m)

  • Bag Weight Calculation

Bag weight (gm) = Fabric GSM × Finished width (m) × Cut length (m)

  • Bags Per Hour

Bags per hour = Loom production (m/hr) ÷ Cut length (m)

๐Ÿ‘‰ Loom kitne bags per hour bana raha hai.


  • Warp Consumption Per Bag

Warp consumption (gm) = (Warp denier × No. of warp tapes × Cut length (m)) / 9000

๐Ÿ‘‰ Ek bag me warp ka total weight.


  • Weft Consumption Per Bag

Weft consumption (gm) = (Weft denier × Picks per meter × Finished width (m)) / 9000

๐Ÿ‘‰ Ek bag me weft ka total weight.


  • Tape Plant Required Output

Tape plant output (kg/hr) = (Loom fabric production (m/hr) × Fabric width (m) × Fabric GSM) / 1000

๐Ÿ‘‰ Loom ki requirement ke hisab se tape plant output.


  • Tape Line Output

Tape line output (kg/hr) = (Denier × No. of tapes × Line speed (m/min) × 60) / 9000000

๐Ÿ‘‰ Tape extrusion plant ka actual production.


  • Bags Per Shift

Bags per shift = Bags per hour × Shift hours


  • Fabric Roll Length

Fabric roll length (m) = (Roll weight (kg) × 1000) / (Fabric GSM × Finished width (m))

๐Ÿ‘‰ Roll me kitna meter fabric hai.


  • Cutting Loss %

Cutting loss (%) = (Theoretical bag weight – Actual bag weight) 

                   / Theoretical bag weight × 100

๐Ÿ‘‰ Cutting ke baad weight difference percentage.


  • Practical Example (780 Denier Case)

Suppose:

Warp Denier = 780

Weft Denier = 780

Warp Mesh = 10

Weft Mesh = 10

Fabric GSM = (780×10 + 780×10) / 228.6

= 15600 / 228.6

= 68.24 GSM (Approx.)
